Breakfast in Staybridge Suites Fort Wayne, an IHG Hotel

At the recommendation of my son, I reserved a room at Staybridge because i didn't care for reviews of other nearby hotel chains. My sister-in-law and I were in town for some family business. I reserved a room with 2 dbl beds, but when we arrived, there were none to be had. The night manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite with 2 dbl beds. It was very clean, smelled nice and everything worked! There were even Dove hair and body products in the shower. Breakfast the next morning was great! A hot scrambled egg breakfast with a large array of toppings, sausages, waffles, bagels, cereal, and more, and plenty of everything. The dining area was very clean. There was a beautiful courtyard where one could relax and a separate enclosed pool. We were so impressed with our stay that we would stay again if we're in town.

Restaurant/places to eat in Staybridge Suites Fort Wayne, an IHG Hotel

The room was beautiful and the layout made the room feel spacious. The kitchenette had everything I needed. The doors were really nice, they made the hallway and room look and feel upscale. The bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers that were full. The front desk guy (sorry I don't remember his name) was friendly and helpful. Seemed to care about the guests comfort. This was the best stay I've had all summer and I have stayed at 7 different hotels this summer. Way to go Staybridge, thank you!

10-15min away from downtown, close to highway, good eating options close by, kitchen to fix you something if needed. American type breakfast (changed every day but eggs, fruits, meat, coffee, cereals, oat, ... ) Relatively quiet room, constant faded noise from highway. Clean, AC working well but noisy so turned off during sleep.

Stayed here 2x this year visiting our son attending college nearby. Hotel has been under renovations both times we were there but was not an inconvenience or distraction at all except there is no lobby until reno is complete. Staff was very accommodating and they did provide a good breakfast box and weekday happy hour drinks and snacks even without the usual kitchen/eating area. The rooms are large and comfortable with good wifi and the kitchen has everything you need. Bedroom and bath are separate from the rest of the room. Quick and easy drive to downtown Ft Wayne and easy access to the interstate, airport, Kroger and several chain restaurants across the street.

*Very* quiet stay, beautiful room (suite), friendly, helpful staff, the sitting area outside plus grill area, once construction is done, this will be the perfect stay! I'll add- construction was offsetting, but knowing what was to be was exciting and once in my suite, it didn't matter regardless. I am in Ft Wayne once a month and enjoy "hotel hopping" but for the value and amenities, this will be my go-to! If I'd received this during my stay, as an ad photographer, I would've loved to submit photos of the whole property. The view of the setting sun outside the from door is beautiful, too! Great stay overall!
